Day groups experience the fields, woods and lakes that make up our 300+-acre property, partaking in activities that promote healthy team building and both group and individual success. During a typical day, participants spend the morning getting familiar and comfortable with their small group of around 10 people. Facilitators will present the group with scenarios that include a task or challenge. These activities will test the group, requiring group members to plan, strategize, coordinate their efforts and often "think outside the box" in order to accomplish their goals. After each challenge, there is time to reflect on the process (what happened? what does that mean? what next?) and take from it valuable observations and suggestions for further group development.

In addition, our facilitators are available for off-site programming as well; we can come to your school or organization with portable lows and initiatives designed to explore such interpersonal skills as communication, trust, cooperation and teamwork.

Each youth group's experience is unique!

Our professional facilitators work with your school or organization prior to the day of your visit to identify group goals, expectations, and the student-body's level of comfort with the challenges of team building. The information provided is used to customize an experience to meet the individual needs of your group. Whether it’s communication skills, trust, confidence, conflict management skills, or a team you want to build, we can facilitate that process!
